Amazing Camera View

My previous video doorbell required a subscription and it was missing a lot of events. After going down an online rabbit hole, I went with the Reolink battery video doorbell/hub bundle. (I intend to eventually get it hardwired) No subscription required to view past events! It was simple to do the initial setup and I can’t believe how clear the camera view is! It captures my entire porch area from top to bottom, the driveway and the front garden, even at night. I’m still figuring out some of the settings and haven’t been able to get ‘paint’ to work to cover areas I don’t want alerts about. I intend to reach out to Reolink for advice on this one as I’m not technically minded and it’s likely to be something simple! At the moment I’m only using the hub as a doorbell chime and to record events, but will likely get cameras at some point, too.
